Fulfillment Transparency & Geographic Boundaries

We maintain a strict geographical focus to support fulfillment integrity. Shipping services are exclusive to physical delivery addresses located within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not support delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military bases, or international jurisdictions at this time. 

All eligible standard orders follow a designated 1-to-2 business days processing window, with an order cutoff time established at 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. Final delivery validation remains anchored exclusively to official domestic carrier data logs, which constitutes contractual fulfillment of our service. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a standard processing window of 5 to 7 business days for your financial institution to post the transaction to your account statements.
